How to Rent With Us
To ensure everything runs smoothly, we have established a few guidelines. These rules clarify expectations for everyone and help avoid misunderstandings or disappointments.
The price listed above is a flat rate for renting the item for any period from one day up to a maximum of one week (5 working days).
If you wish to rent for a longer period, an additional fee of €10 will be charged for each extra week.
In addition to the rental fee, a deposit will be charged. This amount will be automatically added to your shopping cart. Provided the rented materials are returned in good condition, clean, complete, and in their original packaging, the deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days.
If this is not the case, we reserve the right to charge any additional costs necessary for repair or replacement.
You can pick up and return the rented materials yourself at our warehouses in Wielsbeke. We can also arrange transport for you. Please note that we only offer weekday delivery and cannot guarantee a specific time slot for delivery or pick-up.
