Our base rental price starts at € 50.- per week per mannequin (excl. VAT). This is a fixed rate that covers any rental period from 1 single day up to 1 full week (5 consecutive business days). If you need the mannequins for a longer project, we apply a straightforward surcharge of € 10.- for each additional week. This makes our service highly scalable for longer exhibitions or pop-up stores.

To ensure clear expectations, a security deposit is automatically added to your shopping cart. Once your event concludes and the rented materials are returned to us in good, clean, and complete condition, including their original packaging, the deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days. In case of damage or missing parts, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for repair or replacement.

You have two options:

1. Self-pickup: You can collect and return the rented materials yourself at our main warehouse in Wielsbeke, Belgium.
2. Organized transport: We can arrange the entire logistics process for you. Please note that we transport exclusively on business days and cannot guarantee a specific time slot for delivery or collection.
