Who are we?
BINK is an established player in visual merchandising for fashion and retail. We help brands bring their physical stores to life with mannequins, displays and complete concepts, from standard solutions to fully bespoke designs developed in our own 3D lab.
With more than 20 years of experience and an international client base, we are at a turning point: evolving from an established player into an international benchmark.
Your responsibilities:
- Maintain and further develop existing client relationships via email and telephone.
- Ensure smooth, professional communication and build lasting partnerships with your clients.
- Actively identify new business opportunities and approach potential clients.
- Welcome clients to our office and occasionally visit clients at their premises.
- Undertake occasional trips abroad lasting 2 to 3 days to meet specific clients.
- Handle incoming client enquiries and ensure accurate and efficient follow-up.
- Monitor the quality and timeliness of the service provided to clients.
- Manage client data, quotations and files in our ERP system, Odoo.
Who are we looking for?
- You have several years of experience in a similar commercial role.
- You have a very good command of Dutch and French.
- You communicate fluently and professionally, with a commercial mindset, both in writing and verbally.
- You take a customer-focused, relationship-driven approach rather than a hard-selling approach.
- You have an interest in or an affinity with fashion and aesthetics.
